2023年8月23日、ベトナム政府は、産業財産権、産業財産権の保護、植物品種に係る権利、及び知的財産の国家管理に関する知的財産法の諸条項の細則及び施行ガイドラインに関する政令第65/2023/ND-CP号（”Decree No. 65/2023/ND-CP Detailing and Guiding the Implementation of a Number of Articles of The Intellectual Property Law on Industrial Property, Protection of Industrial Property Rights, Rights To Plant Varieties and on State Management of Intellectual Property”）を公布しました。
