As per our updates on Myanmar on January 4, 2023, we have informed that the new trademark law is expected to be enforced by the first week of March 2023.
Up until now, there is still no official announcement regarding the related rules and regulations as well as the official fees. Therefore, it is unlikely that the new law will be enforced within our previously informed time.
The new expected time for the enforcement is still unknown.
We will closely monitor for any updates with our local associate and keep the client informed thereof.
