Myanmar IPD announced that the Design Law came into effect on October 31, 2023. Please find unofficial English translation of the Notification No.67/2023 regarding Industrial design Rules by MYANMAR TRADEMARK AND PATENT LAW FIRM.
Please be informed that the Government fee is not yet announced therefore the IP department has not yet accepted the new filing industrial design applications at the moment. We shall inform you any development of the update IP protection in Myanmar.
