Regarding the announcement that Industrial Design Law in Myanmar came into effect, the rule was issued on the Notification No.67/2023 dated September 29, 2023. Kindly find the English translation of the Notification in our previous announcement in our website (https://www.siasia.co.th/en/latest-info-detail.php?id=40). This rule provides the detail of procedure of design registration in order to help the main law work effectively.
