The Intellectual Property Department of Myanmar (IPD Myammar) has announced that the IPD Myanmar will start accepting applications for design registration from 1 February 2024.
Please note that the Myanmar Industrial Designs Law has been in force since 31 October 2023 as we announced in the News “[Myanmar] The Design Law came into effect on October 31, 2023” on our website on December 1, 2023 as follows:
